Wagner named new CFO at St. Francis

OSF St. Francis Hospital and Medical Group has a new vice president and chief financial officer now that Fred Wagner has been promoted to the position.
Wagner replaced Jim Wayne, who retired at the end of January. He previously served as the company’s manager of financial services and comptroller. He has been with OSF for the past 23 years.
Wagner is a longtime Gladstone resident. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Michigan University.
Prior to working for OSF, Wagner worked for Schoolcraft County Mental Health and Monroe County Mental Health.
