Andrea’s Sweet Designs opens in Dickinson County
A new bakery is tempting residents of Iron Mountain and Niagara to pick up something sweet. Andrea’s Sweet Designs has just opened an official storefront at 1625 Roosevelt Road (Highway 141) in Niagara, Wisconsin.
Andrea Moratti and husband Shane had been running their baking business from their home for the last six years, and say they are excited for the new location. Andrea’s Sweet Designs offers a wide variety of treats including custom cakes, wedding cakes, pastries and all kinds of confections.
According to the shop’s website, Andrea has been working as a baker for 14 years, including a degree from the baking production program at Milwaukee Area Technical College and experience in both large and small bakeries in the Milwaukee area.
“I am very fortunate to be working in a profession that I am so passionate about. I am truly honored to be a part of our customer’s special occasions,” she says.
Andrea’s Sweet Designs is open five days a week, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
