Bahama Flats busy feeding diners in Sault Ste. Marie

If you’re in Sault Ste. Marie and you’re looking for a quick bite to eat but you’re just tired of the same ol’ selections at the fast food joints, you should probably seek out Bahama Flats.

The new restaurant, which opened in August, has the variety you’re looking for. From four different salads to seven different kinds of soup to oven-baked sandwiches, hot dogs, pie and right to flatbread creations, Bahama Flats really offers up a nice selection.

We here at U.P. Second Wave are very partial to the Bruschetta flatbread and the Caribbean chicken flatbread as well as the cream of chicken and wild rice soup, but we’ve heard wonderful things about many of their menu items. Take, for example, their Caribbean pork sandwich, or their coney dog or the chicken alfredo flatbread — all of which we’ve heard rave reviews about.

They even have a kids menu, which includes chips and a small drink and has everything from a hot dog to chicken, pepperoni and cheese flat bread selections.

Bahama Flats, which is operated by Chad Cardinal, is located at 2237 Ashmun Street and is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
