Keweenaw Coffee Works to host grand opening Aug. 2

There’s going to be a grand opening this week and if you’re in Calumet and you’re a coffee lover, you may want to make sure you’re there.

The Keweenaw Coffee Works, which is located at 326 5th St. in Calumet, will be officially opening the doors to the new venture. Not only will the company be showcasing its various coffee blends, but it will also be offering up demos on how some of their coffee-making equipment works as well as the various products they have for sale in the store.

One such gizmo is likely to be a hit for the camping crowd — an Aeropress, which uses airflow and water temperature to quickly brew a fantastic cup of Joe.
