New restaurant Das Steinhaus opens in Marquette

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

It’s just about lunchtime as we sit down to write this news, so our stomach is growling a bit. Ignore that noise and celebrate, because a new restaurant has opened its doors at 102 West Washington Street, Suite 115, in Marquette.

Das Steinhaus‘ focus is on German and European specialties and, in true German fashion, some tasty brews to help wash it all down. The company makes its own sausages, like wild venison, shrimp and scallop and bratwurst lager. Additionally, you can snag a couple of varieties of schnitzel or even some wild venison.

Prices range from $11 for the ground burger to $36 for the venison or $10 for a sausage, which can also be purchased as two for $15.
