Three new hires were announced at the Escanaba Country Club, in time for the summer season to kick off.

Tyler Finch, a Gaylord native, is the club’s new course superintendent and will oversee golfing at the club. He comes to Escanaba from northern lower Michigan, where he most recently was the assistant superintendent of the Treetops North golf resort.

The club also has a new director in the pro shop, Jeff Rae. Rae is an Escanaba native and Escanaba High School graduate, and has been working in sales since 1999. He is returning to the area from St. Augustine, Florida, where he was a national sales manager.

Finally, the Escanaba Country Club’s kitchens will be overseen by a new chef, Christopher Dahlke. He has experience with many different types of cuisine and comes from the Escanaba area.
