New Family Dollar location opens in Gwinn
The new location for Family Dollar in Gwinn is now open.
If you’re headed over to Family Dollar in Gwinn any time soon, don’t plan on stopping at the place you’re used to shopping at.
The old Family Dollar location is closed and a new, larger location, near the intersection of highways M-35 and M-553, is now open and ready for business.
The new store is considerably larger and the layout is very shopping friendly. The staff remains the same, as do the sales and specials.
Every department in the store has been expanded, with more offerings in nearly every aisle. The frozen section, which was formerly just one freezer unit, is now half the length of an entire aisle. Additionally, the clothing section is much larger, as are the healthy and beauty options.
Meanwhile, no information has been released as to what the former location will become at this point.
