Fresenius Medical Care facility making progress in Marquette
The future home of Fresenius Medical Care in Marquette is coming along nicely and it appears the new structure, located in the Harbor Hills Office Park near Econo Foods, is going to be completed in time for the expected late-autumn opening.
The building is being constructed through the Veridea Group, which is responsible for such projects as the Liberty Way building on Washington Street, among several others. Fresenius Medical is known for its work in the field of dialysis treatment, and its new location is expected to showcase state-of-the-art medical equipment and top-quality care for its patients.
The Harbor Hills Office Park has been in development since 2004 when Veridea constructed the first building on the 12-acre site. Since then, it has added two others with the Fresenius building marking the fourth construction. When it is finished, Harbor Hills will have five buildings with nearly 40,000 square feet combined while retaining nearly 75-percent of its original green space.
