Dog groomer opens in Marquette

If you’re looking for a place to get your dog pampered, then take a gander at Happy Dog Grooming Salon, located in Harvey along U.S. 41.

The grooming salon, which opened up at this location earlier this year, features two experienced groomers to take care of all of your dog’s needs. Kim Rathbun, the owner and primary groomer at Happy Dog, began her career in Detroit and brought it with her to the Upper Peninsula when her husband was transferred to work in Marquette. Working along with her is Rick Custard, who trained under Rathbun to become the salon’s associated groomer.

Happy Dog provides services that range from nail trimming to baths to hair cuts to full coat brush outs and have a variety of soaps to best serve the needs of your dog.
