Hirelogic opens in Iron Mountain

A new staffing and recruiting firm is now open in Iron Mountain.

Hirelogic, LLC, is based in northern Wisconsin, but owner Rob Wells says they were handling so many job postings in the Iron Mountain and Escanaba areas, he decided it was time to open a new office in the Upper Peninsula. 

“We have been filling openings with our clients not only here (in Iron Mountain), but in Escanaba as well,” says Wells. “The timing was right.”

The Niagara, Wisconsin-based firm offers staffing services to companies in northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, across all industries. Hirelogic also does hiring consulting, helping companies identify staffing needs, developing job postings and descriptions, and recruiting suitable candidates. 

The office is a second location for the firm, which has another office in Marinette. And, while Hirelogic is definitely recruiting local workers for various temporary and direct hire positions, it also is looking for an in-house part-time employee in Iron Mountain who is versed in HR, employment law and customer service.
