New Game in Town has ribbon cutting in Iron Mountain
A new comics and gaming store has come to the Upper Peninsula. New Game in Town is now open in Iron Mountain, offering comic books, board games, card games and role-playing games.
It’s owner Bear Wolf’s second store; the first, of the same name, is located in DeKalb, Illinois. It offers a full line of comic books, board games, RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons, and card games including Magic: The Gathering.
Wolf also wants the store to become a gaming community for people who enjoy gaming to come and hang out in a relaxed and “nerd-friendly” environment–so he’s starting a board game night on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
Located at 333 S. Stephenson Avenue, in Suite 103, New Game is open Wednesday to Friday from 4 to 10 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
