Paladino’s now open at Peter White Public Library

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Hungry? Yeah, so am I. Unfortunately, I am working from home today or I would head over to the Peter White Public Library and see what chef Andrew Sear is cooking up at his new café, Paladino’s.

Sear, who is the former executive chef at the Landmark Inn’s Capers and is the chef at the Wild Rover, is offering up a nice variety of eats each day. From sandwiches, to vegan dishes to healthy soups and salads and more, Paladino’s is designed to offer something new to your palate while giving you healthy, feel-good food in the process.

All of the meats they offer up are organic and hormone free and the café sources as much of its ingredients locally as possible. They even source their beef locally, from Guindon Farms in Delta County.

The Paladino’s Café hours make it easy for anyone to get over and try what they have to offer. From Monday through Thursday, they are open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., on Friday until 6 p.m. and Saturday until 5 p.m.
