Geddes joins Portage Health cancer care staff
Portage Health Cancer Care is adding a new board-certified cancer specialist, Dr. Lloyd Geddes.
Geddes has been practicing oncology since 1998 and comes to Hancock from Atlanta, where he has been for the last 15 years. His residency and fellowship were completed at Washington Cancer Institute in Washington, D.C.
“I’m excited to start working with the staff and patients at Portage Health,” Dr. Geddes says. “I will do my best with every patient to determine the best plan of care, and help them combat cancer.”
Among the cancer care services Portage Health offers are outpatient chemotherapy, radiology, biopsies, blood transfusions, clinical trials, supportive therapy, pain management, support and counseling, as well as nutrition and health education.
