Team Wireless to take over former Arby’s in Escanaba
As you may have already heard, the end of Arby’s in Escanaba has come. Roast beef, it seems, must give away to bigger and better things.
That prime real estate, located right on U.S. 41 and U.S. 2, already has a new owner. Team Wireless will be moving in to the location, replacing the company’s current Escanaba location with this one. Construction, says Team Wireless president and CEO Brian Boucher, will begin Aug. 1.
“We hope to be in there and open by Sept. 1,” he says. “The building will be getting a complete facelift, inside and out.”
The new location will be the 28th for Team Wireless, which employees approximately 170 people. Escanaba was the first store and Boucher says “still one of our most successful.”
