New chiropractor opens up shop in Marquette

Chiropractic patients in the Marquette area have another choice of doctors, with the arrival of Dr. Nick Raboin.

Raboin is joining the practice of Marquette Chiropractic and Wellness, which is located on W. Ridge Street behind Shopko in Marquette.

He is a 2010 graduate of the College of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, and grew up in Norway in the western U.P. Raboin says he always wanted to move back to the U.P. with his wife to begin building a practice here.

“The U.P. is such an amazing place with great people. I want to be able to give back to this community and leave it with healthier, happier people,” he says.

Marquette Chiropractic and Wellness is holding an open house to welcome Dr. Raboin, from 4 to 6 p.m. July 21. As part of the open house, food, beverages and raffle prizes are planned, and the Lake Superior Community Partnership will be on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
