DSTECH announces appointment of new service manager

There’s a new service manager over at DSTECH in Escanaba, but he’s no stranger to the business or the high expectations of his new position.

Josh Marenger has been named as the new service manager for DSTECH. He’s a native of Escanaba and a graduate of Escanaba High School (go Eskymos!) and Bay de Noc Community College with a degree in computer systems technology.

“Josh has exhibited an extraordinary ability to work with our customers and solve their most pressing technical challenges,” says Joe Knauf, owner of DSTECH. “This has resulted in a steady growth of our business.  Internally, he has been a leader in helping to transform our Outbound Service Team and how we develop services to deliver to our customers. Josh is highly respected among his customers and they look to him for advice on how to best use and leverage their IT investments.”

Marenger joined DSTECH in 2004 and worked as a network technician until his recent appointment. In his new role, he has taken the lead in developing DSTECH’s outbound and server-support capabilities. He is also now responsible for training new service technicians.
