Junction 95 bar now open near Champion

A new bar and restaurant is open in Humboldt Township. Junction 95 opened its doors on U.S. 41 in Champion.

The former Randy’s Grand Slam, which closed earlier this year, previously occupied the building at 11522 U.S. 41. There’s been renovating done both inside and out, including a new parking lot and sign.

Junction 95 is now owned by Rhonda Numikoski and opened for business in October. It’s hours are from 4 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays, and from noon to 2 a.m. on Saturday nights.

On the menu is both lunch and dinner, and the joint is family-friendly up till a certain time of night, past which your kids probably shouldn’t be out anyway. Take-out and delivery are both options.

The location at the junction of U.S. 41/M28 and M95, as well as on the snowmobile trails, should make the place a regular stop for those in the area. Also on offer throughout the year will be live music, karaoke, game nights and tournaments including softball, horseshoes, euchre and cribbage.
