2026 Proactive Grant applications now open at West End Health Foundation

benefiting residents of Marquette County’s West End community. The 2026 grant cycle will prioritize initiatives that address food security, supporting efforts that improve access to reliable, nutritious food. Each year, the Proactive Grant program focuses on a specific health-related theme to support targeted, high-impact initiatives within the community. Grant awards typically range from $1,000 to $10,000, with up to $50,000 in total funding available, depending on available resources.
